Doula Acronym

What is a doula? The term doula comes from a Greek word, meaning “mother’s helper”, or even “servant.

I came up with a wordplay on the word doula to help describe what a doula is:

D–  Dedicated

O– Objective

U– Useful

L–  Loving

A– Available Advocate

Dedicated to you having the birth experience you desire and deserve
Objective in providing information to help you make the best decision for your baby, your body, and your family
Useful set of extra hands, support, and tools to help you during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
Loving birth professional to aid you and your partner in your special journey
Available advocate who remains on call and by your side, no matter the hour or length of time necessary

Do you have any others to add?
