Mommies– we need to talk about going overboard with sacrifice. Having a family is a lot of work which means that the days of luxuriously soaking in a tub with a glass of wine and a good book become rare. Add working on top of presiding over a home and it is easy to become overwhelmingly stretched thin. Staying at home with small creatures who require constant attention and supervision is no easy task.  Spreading anyone or anything too thin doesn’t promote happiness or satisfaction for any of the parties involved.
