Are you considering a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) for your next pregnancy? Are you already pregnant and planning a VBAC? My next Prep for VBAC Class will be held on Wednesday, June 13th from 6-9 p.m. Location is Fluff ‘N Stuff Cloth Diaper Store at Knoxville Center. Cost is $50.00 per couple and includes instruction and handouts.
We will discuss the best way to prepare physically and emotionally for a VBAC, selecting a birth team suited to your needs and desires, interventions and medical procedures and how to avoid an unnecessary use of them, emotional components of VBAC, stages/phases of labor and more.

If you cannot attend this class, I will be holding them every other month, tentatively, pending interest. You do not need to be currently pregnant in order to attend this class. In fact, preparation before a subsequent pregnancy can lead to easier choices and decisions for your needs. Also, remember, I am still holding my Comfort Measures Class the last Saturday of each month at Cutie Tooties Cloth Diaper Store in Bearden.
